Twenty years after Ethan and Maggie Carter's last adventure, the ChronoStone wakes up again, this time for Ethan's bold daughter Lena, Maggie's careful son Theo, and their inventive friend Kai. With Rex (somehow still young) at their side and two very experienced mentors watching nervously from home, the new team retraces their parents' footsteps and sets out on adventures of their own.
