The ChronoStone Family Guarantee
If your family doesn't enjoy a ChronoStone book you bought from ChronoStoneSaga.com, just email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send the book back, and you don't need to explain why.
How it works
- Email us at with your name, the book, and your order details.
- We refund your full purchase price to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
- Keep the book. Pass it on to a friend, a classroom, or your local library.
The small print
- The guarantee covers paperbacks and eBooks bought directly from ChronoStoneSaga.com. Books bought from other stores follow that store's return policy.
- One refund per book, per family. It's a guarantee, not a free library card.
- The free Book 1 eBook is already free. If it's not for you, there's nothing to refund, but we'd still love to hear why.
